Security problem

If this does not go here I apologize.

I want to start by saying I believe my phones or home wifi have been hacked for some time now. Lot of strange things happened over time.

This is the latest and since im new to the forums, cant navigate them very well and the new issue this time happens to be on my moto e4 and firestick. I figured I would post it here.

I Would like to try and get to the bottom of this because I have a brand new S10 plus and I do not want it to start having problems previous phones have for the past year or so..

My wifi says connected, but no internet. Yet internet is working just fine.
Then I have this notification telling me to sign into internet or whatever. I get this message when I click it.

I do know my google PW were compromised somehow and some sights tell me they are receiving high or unusual traffic from me.

I have to ask for a new PW every single time I try to log into my ATT prepaid account online. When I try to type captias. Multiple letters will pop up from a single touch of a key.

My phones used to always get constantly dropped from my wifi every few minutes or so. Certain times of day were worse than others.

My mother told me of an incident that happened to her computer when I wasn't here. Said it froze up and had to call a phone number to unfreeze it. They wanted money, But luckily took mercy on my elderly mother when she broke down crying. That was 2 years ago.

Sorry for the long post and again if this does not go here, I apologize. If anyone can point me in the right direction of where I may receive help with my issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Since you're having multiple problems with so many different things -- compromised online accounts, mobile devices, your router and home network, computers, streaming video devices, etc. -- it's a bit much to fix going by random suggestions from an online help forum.
You really need to hire a local IT contractor to come to your home and sanitize the entire situation. Someone needs to do some hands-on work in person to fix all those issues, and it needs to be done in a comprehensive way. Just because to clean up one item there's a good chance it just gets exploited again while you take on the next item. There's no quick fix to what you've described, it's going to be a pretty significant project to a) clean things up, b) lock down and secure everything properly (stress that word properly), and c) go over how to maintain all your gadgetry and online presence to minimize the risk of this happening again.

This small town doesn't have anyone like that. I highly doubt I'll be able to afford someone to come from outta town to do it.. guess I'm just screwed for a while..

I appreciate your reply. Thank you! I'm just scared to Hook my new S10 to my Wi-Fi come but had to do it to download updates the other day.
This is the main reason I never have rooted any of my phones. Even though I wanted to root a couple. I do not have the knowledge to keep it secure.
I want to learn though so bad

If I were you, I'd purchase a new home router, which will have a new network password for security....
Then I'd sign out of your Gmail account on all devices, phones, tablets, computers, and create a brand new Gmail account. While your at it, change your passwords for banking and anything else.
Write these down for each account for safekeeping.

How can I keep something like this from happening again?
How did they get in?
Is it through my google accounts?
Do I need to take my recovery phone number off of them and not use them as a recovery email or anything?

Are you using the same password across more than one site, account, or service? If so, one of the others may have got hacked and your account details leaked.

Also for Google I strongly suggest you enable two factor login, and you can do two factor login for AF, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Like using the Google Authenticator app.

I have hooked up to public Wi-Fi in the past with cheap pos phones.. were they able to breach my phone then once I hooked up to my personal Wi-Fi at home they were able to breach it?
Just trying to figure these things out! I wish I knew way more than I did!
✌♥️
