One of the most frustrating things for people who buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra is the fact that the "Power Button" is a "Bixby Button" that launches Samsung's Virtual Assistant named Bixby. This button is actually called the "Side Key" and we can dive into our device settings to disable the Bixby button and instead launch something else.
To Change the Bixby button on the Galaxy S20 Ultra:
If you still want to have a dedicated button to launch Bixby, you can go to the "Double press" section of the same "Side Key" screen and select "Open Bixby". This will open Bixby when you double press the Side Key. However, we'd recommend using this for the Quick launch camera.
Turn Off Bixby Routines:
If you're already disabling the Bixby button you likely want to turn off Bixby Routines while you're at it. To turn off Bixby completely you can disable routines by following these steps:
