so the wife and i switched phone carriers a month ago. we brought our numbers from metro pcs to verizon. we decided to both go with pixel 3a xl's, and are very happy with the choice. we occasionally let our 5 year old play roblox on our phones, slightly more recently per this quarantine. anywho, she brought it to my attention that she was able to download roblox on her mother's phone, but not able to do so on mine. i confirmed what she told me. our devices are running stock android. i have cleared the play store app data and cache, and it changes nothing. this is very bothersome to me, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on this problem? thanks so much in advance.
