A lot of us are having income issues because of Shelter in Place, so while the carriers do take that into account, if you're having a problem paying your bill than Metro PCS shouldn't be cutting your service off as long as you've notified them about your situation. But if you've violated their Terms of Service in some way other than a payment issue, that's a different scenario.
