Help NEED TO UNBLOCK "PRIVATE CALLER"

Hi There, I have a slightly antiquated Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530W on lollipop 5.1.1.

Somehow I set the phone to block any number coming up “Private Number’ which isn’t the best as I’ve missed a few legitimate calls from that title. I’ve checked forums, etc, phone settings through & through and no dice.

I DO NOT want to factory reset…… is there any option other than that for me?

Cheers, already saw it. Another problem is a don't have a 'private caller' contact to unblock as I looked.

Ah, right. Having never used the block/unblock function I wasn't fully aware of the procedure.

Hopefully someone else will be able to help.

Although I have just made a call from one phone to another prefixing with 141 and it does remain in call history as you would expect, so if you haven't got any private calls in your history I think your only option is going to be the factory reset.
