Help Mms fails for one person

As the title suggests, I can send an MMS message to anyone, but when I try this one person, it shows "waiting".

The person who is "waiting" is on Verizon. One of the people where MMS work is Verizon, so I confirmed it's not the carrier.

Any suggestions?

maybe it is on their end that is the issue.

Does this person have any problems receiving MMS messages from anyone else or is it just with yours? Do you have any problems receiving MMS messages from them?
That might help narrow down the problem, if it's just the interactions between you and them or if it's just on their end.
