Hello ,
I have a rooted Device and the Internal Storage is almost full with no way to find where are almost 50 GB from total 128 GB are used .
I kindly need an assistance to know how to track the phone files in order to locate the used files and delete them if needed . I do not want to use restore factory settings option .
The rooting was done with Magisk Manager .
Thanks and Best Regards .

do you have a custom recovery? if not i would look into that first. and before you go deleting things i would make a nandroid backup. the next step would be to get a file explorer that can has read and write permissions. so you need something like root explorer.

also i would look into flashing a custom rom that is much more leaner and has all of the bloatware removed. try lineage os. it is an aosp rom (android open source project) which is basically pure android. you will need to flash another file called gapps (google apps) to get all of googles like the play store onto the phone.

Thanks I will be doing it as per your advise , but do you recommend a certain folder to search inside for big files ?? I do not have a custom recovery .

look into getting twrp recovery installed before you do anything else. a custom recovery is a very important tool to have. with it, you can make a nandroid backups which are complete backup of your entire phone. if anything goes wrong (like deleting the wrong file), you can always boot into recovery and restore a backup. its kind of like a save point in a game.

once you have a custom recovery then we can discuss files and such.

what model note 9 do you have?
