Yesterday my Galaxy watch battery drained to 0% which shouldn't have occurred as it was in the 70%-75% not more than a couple of hours before that. I put it on the charger and it charged up to 100% like normal but since I took it off the charger the watch face won't show anything unless I put it back on the charger and then it only shows the charge of 100%. Once i remove it from the charger it's back to showing nothing no matter what I do.
I've checked the wearables app on my phone which shows it as not being connected to my watch. I've not dropped, hit, bumped or otherwise caused any impact to it that could be responsible from this. I've attempted to get a hold of a Verizon Tech Coach and am awaiting a call back.
Have any of you with a Galaxy watch experienced this before and, if so, what did you do?
I look forward to any help any of you can provide!
