Hello good afternoon

I have my Moto E4 Plus XT-1772 that turns on in fastboot mode, but does not connect to the pc. I tried with two USB cables, on all ports and with a computer with Windows 10 and another with Windows 7.
The computer does not recognize me, nor in the device manager.
In fastboot mode I read:

AP FASBOOT FLASH MODE
Baseband: <not found>
Product / Variant: null
SKU: XT1772
Serial Number: null
IMEI: null
Console: null
BATTERY: OK
Engineering
Software Status: official
Transfer Mode: Cable Connected (If I disconnect from the usb cable not connected appears)
Device Status: locked

I have already tried everything, change usb cables, change computer and I also tried to leave it connected all night to the charger.
I tried to try to enter recovery mode and also factory mode but it is in infinite loop with Moto logo
I also tried to enter meta mode but it stays like this for a few minutes and returns to the infinite loop

I tried connecting it without battery, also with the vol + button, I tried it with vol - but more than opening fastboot mode it doesn't
I need help please, anyone? Any suggestion ??

I appreciate very much in advance MVIMG_20200702_003437_50.jpg

Hello Goodnight
Thanks for your answer.
They brought it to me like this
I tried to do a chemical bath just in case and continues with the boot loop and there is no way to connect it to the PC. It only charges and when I connect it to a PC it does not give signals either in Windows 10 or Windows 7

Hello Goodnight
hello and are you going to sleep????? LOL
Thanks for your answer.
did not really give you an answer......just questions
They brought it to me like this
who is they? friends? family?

chemical bath? what does that mean? was it dropped in water? or even just dropped on the ground?

if it is in a bootloop of course the phone will not be able to communicate with the pc.

Cel is from my niece, use it with zoom
My cousin wanted to update the software by means of flashtool he told me and it is as it is now.
I no longer know what to try to do.
The chemical bath here in Argentina we call a cleaning of the plate with isopropyl alcohol.
I couldn't get the team to recognize it. Do you have any suggestion?
I'm sorry for my english, it's very bad

its all good.

i also saw your thread in xda.....that is a good place to start.

have you seen this thread?
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e4-plus/help/share-mmcblk0-image-xt1775-t3861450

read it.....has some interesting ideas. the only thing is i'm not versed at all in Linux so if you have any questions you might want to bring in a linux person. we do have some here in AF that might be able to help you if you need it.

read the guide i linked. you will need to scroll thru to the 6th post for the guide. now this is a guide within a guide. from what i can understand is that since the phone cannot communicate with your computer, you will need to use your sd card to flash a firmware update to unbrick the phone. but to do that you will need linux and work with a terminal shell of linux to fastboot the commands needed(normally done on your computer).

this is all pretty complicated stuff.....is it worth your time? you will need to learn linux (they recommend mint)......either way we are here to help if you need us.

Hello, infinite thanks for your help
I tried the described procedure as-is, but was unable to make any progress. Connect the SD card to the cell phone and do all the steps, but it has not worked. Follow the infinite loop with the Moto logo
I do not know what else to do. It is as if nothing works.
The PC does not recognize the cell phone in any way and apparently neither by USB

did you setup linux via a live usb? can you get into bootloader mode? that is key for the first part of the guide.

Thanks for your prompt response.
I can enter fastboot mode, I don't know how to enter bootloader mode or if it is the same as fastboot mode.
Attach a picture in the question where it looks like I can turn it on. In addition to that I have access to remove the battery since I have it disassembled in case I need to remove the battery.

ok sorry yeah fastboot mode is where you want the phone to be. also do you have adb setup on your computer?

Hello, I have already tried that image and the other one that is published, but that method does not work for me. I even changed SD memory and I haven't accomplished anything.
What strikes me is that the phone turns on in fastboot mode and is not recognized by any computer, I find it strange.
If it did not turn on I would not be surprised if Windows or Linux did not detect it.
Can you think of anything else I can do?

Hello, the device could not communicate with the pc. Neither in Windows 10, Windows 7 or Linux Mint
I connect it to the PC but it does not detect it, nor does it appear in the device manager
No fastboot and adb conection.
I turn on the phone and it automatically loops with the logo.
I press the vol key - with power and the screen of the attached image appears and fastboot mode
