testing mode? not sure what that is. so it will not turn off? has it always been like this? or was it after an update?

no it wont turn off started when i turned on see all these counters counting numbers camera comes on and off can write on the screen

you might have to do a hard reset. there is not much info about your phone, so i do not know how to do it. it usually is some button combos of power+vol.

no you are ok here......that was my bad. same thing there should be some button combo that lets you do a hard reset.

no you have to do some research. there is a certain way you need to push the buttons to get to the recovery mode so that you can do a hard reset. each device is different.

what happened to the screen? i can't read the language though so i do not know what mode it is in.
