Back with another one. Possible and hopefully a quick resolution to this question. Was resetting items in Brave browser and found this in site setting.https://[*]firebaseapp.com and I have No idea what, where, who or when I ran into it. Using Qwant engine in Brave browser to search for it. Absolutely nothing. Finally using gigablast search found stuff about firebase apps. But Nothing remotely close for this. So Anyone,Any Idea????

Firebase is a backend platform for building Web, Android and IOS applications. It offers real time database, different APIs, multiple authentication types and hosting platform. Initially developed by Google. It's possible that Brave was either compiled with Firebase, or is compatible with Firebase applications. That's all I've got for you

Hey, thanks for the info. Still wondering why it was in site setting though. Your info gave me some light to it.

Brave sounds like a good browser.
That is, until you dig into it past the advertising and hype.

I tried it, and soon grew wary of it.
And that was before they integrated the advertising scheme and other stuff.

There are many FOSS (Free Open Source Software) browsers available on F-Droid.

Any browser that claims to be for privacy should stay as far away from Google as possible.

There is a site I use to test browsers, and it can be very interesting, especially if you install, set up, and then test multiple browsers with it.

It even compares your mobile browser to known desk top browsers and other known mobile browsers.

I would be curious to see how Brave compares.

In Linux (crostini) on a chromebook Brave scores 526/555 and Chrome in chromeOS on the same device 476/555
