i think you are sol. there is no forum or dev community over at xda. i will only root phones that has a dev community. they are the ones who provide root solutions as well as custom recoveries and roms. i always say no devs=no fun.
if you can get to recovery mode you can try a factory reset.......if not, not sure what you can do. i see no where that offers firmware for your phone.
maybe contact tecno support and see what they say as far as firmware.

you should pick a phone that has a dev community before buying it, if you want to root it. like i said earlier always head on over to xda and see what kind of community a phone has or not.
