Need advice about being hacked

I have several devices and had several Gmail and emails I've accumulated over time. This started when I noticed my account passwords slowly change. Then it went to weird things where my phone and computer both would not work. On separate services. Someone has gotten so deep into my accounts I lost complete control of my phone. They were changing passwords and 2 factor right after me. I got new internet cause atT basically said I was f$%*** , they were in my new account before I was. Same thing with my devices, brand new service , they made accounts that lock me out before I even used the phone. They're in my router when I put in my device access code it won't work. Then says "forgot password reset to default " which is weird after, but if I do the access code still doesn't work. Even plugged into my router via ethernet. There's constant searches fot things I did not look up. I'm receiving weird calls on one line and they're all from different employees or something sauing their name and agent number. Like random weird companies. I look into it and its a company that advertises. My menus are insane in my phone. Shit I've never seen. I think it started around when I began working from home for Amazon. They get into my Microsoft and Samsung accounts which i rarely even use and link the accounts. They try to link a my accounts to make them a work account on github or an enterprise? I seriously have no clue, I know only the snippets left behind yhat I find from them when they're sloppy. I rarely text, possibly 10times a month. My phone says I'm texting every minute of the day and repeats the same number over and over on the bill. Says I'm using 70% of the data on a plan where we have 7 lines. Att is useless. I need to know where to turn. Nothing is mine anymore its a complete and total invasion of privacy and I can't even complete the simplest tasks without password resets and changes. I have no reason to be targeted. Anyone please help im so desperate at this point

I feel a lot stemmed from my wireless ear bud Bluetooth stuff , not even sure if that's a thing? I research and have only found a handful of people with the exact same issue, but the links are old or locked or reading a bit more into the persons profile,, they're just crazy people with conspiracy theories etc. lol. I swear I wouldn't believe this shit if it weren't happening to me.

If it's an ATT phone, let the battery run down put it in a drawer and forget it. get an unlocked phone, ideally a feature phone and a PAYG sim, buy credit at a store for cash, close all current EMail accounts, when setting up new ones use a privacy focused provider like hushmail, and use a strong 20 characters+ passphrase - (it's the length that matters NOT special characters etc.) and use that to sign in to google on the new phone. Oh, and forget Windows, buy a Chromebook (it's based on Linux and there's no viruses in Linux, Enable the firewall BEFORE going online and allow only allow the default ports.

Also consider closing ALL social media accounts.

Others here can offer more advice, but that should be a good start.
Oh, and is Cyber stalking a crime in the US, you might be able to get some help from Law enforcement.

Thanks for the advice, I truly appreciate it! I don't mind losing all of my accounts honestly. I've already reset all my stuff and really kind of accepted the fact nothing I do or say is private. They use my phone line for something. It's crazy... I figure my only fix would be to find a hacker, but I just moved out here recently and sketched to give any one else access :/ I think the local police will think im nuts, but I'm thinking I should report it. What scares me is thinking they're going to get into my work computer. This will all come back to me... idk...
