i need help as my oneplus 3t alert slider started causing problems (software). Suddenly when i moved the slider to vibrate it showed silent and since then no matter what i do up or down its just silent i reset it but again when i used alert slider for vibration it silent ed and is causing problem. Please Help me

this alert slider.....is this an app that comes with the phone? or is this a 3rd party app? if so can you wipe cache and data for it through your phone's settings? maybe even after the wipes, uninstall it as well and re-install it.

yes indeed but again when i move the slider it silents the mobile its some kind of bug as it got caught in bug report(move from normal to vibrate not silent it silents and then stops working)

if a factory reset does not fix the issue, then i'm not sure what else you can do. your other option is to flash a firmware update and see if that fixes it. if it does not then it is some combination of software and hardware issue. you might need to talk the place where you bought the phone and maybe get a replacement. or see if they know of a fix for your issue.
