Help Need assistance!

Can any one assists me. I'm desperately searching for a custom recovery and ROM for my
JP5 inmate media device with a Rock chip 3188 processor. Ive searched high and low an I am
Unable to build one. Can anyone help me?

jpay devices cannot be rooted. supposedly this guy from this thread:https://androidforums.com/threads/jpay-jp5-tablet-53.1327390/ ....last post, can help you unlock the device.

I'm not a dev, but I believe you need the manufacturer kernel sources and drivers to build a custom recovery and ROM for a device. And with Jpay...good luck!

I appreciate your reply, but we've already hacked and rooted them. We just need to
protect them with a custom recovery. Then ROM.

You need an unlocked bootloader to i stall TWRP.

PS: Any chanxe you could confirm root for the Jp5 ? Just download a root checker app , take a screen shoot and post it. Thanks

it is for inmates to use will they are incarcerated. it is locked down and when you get out,i believe, you can keep the tablet and pay a service to get it unlocked.

That's the problem. A lot of guys won't be getting out so they're trying to upgrade
their tablets and protect them. So they need our help

I have a brand new Jp5 do you have the files to break these if so what do I have to do to get them
