Help Screen turning off in a call with bluetooth

I am have one Samsung A20 with android 10... when i am using Bluetooth phones and in a call, then screen fades and turning off so faster, like 5 seconds.

I need when I am in a call, with the phone away from me, with the sensor of proximity not blocked, the screen still on.....

Have any app or setting that can do it?

PS: Sorry my English...

Can you have the phone plugged into a charger while using it like this?

In developers options, there is a setting that allows the screen to remain on whenever the phone is charging.
