I inherited the chameleon which I named Leezard and we hung out for years together. He never had a proper habitat. I fashioned a collar for him that was attached to a spool of kite string that sat on my bed post. He had the run of the house and seemed to like it that way. During the summer months he had the run of the yard a few times a week. Sadly one day I followed the string only to find an empty collar. I suspect he enjoyed his freedom but I missed him. He was a great pet/buddy.

Ha ha! I'll get you one as soon as my helper gets home. (I NEVER go into her room unless it's an emergency...let's just say it kind of reminds me of my daughter's room, when she was a petulant young teen who hadn't become a neat freak yet. Her room was at the other end of the house, and we referred to it as "the black hole."

Could be. They are very popular and 'interactive' if you will. My geckos are and one of my snakes for sure but beardies are known as reptile dogs!I think he's a bearded dragon....? maybe?
