it could be a bad download or a bad install....it happens from time to time. it also could be that with some updates, the app's developers has not had the chance to update their app. backup everything using smart switch and do a factory reset.

I agree. I hate when updates come, they completely change somethings around and we have no easy way to go back. The Good Lock thing really pisses me off. Tap on Clockface or Task Changer, and you get some BS pop up message: "Congratulations for your new operating system upgrade. This app is not compatible with new operating system. Please update app to new version once available for update. Happy customizing!!!"

WTF, seriously? Now my AOD clock looks ******** and I can't get the other one back.

Secure folder is also dorky now. Icon's are spread out so far apart and 2 screens for me now.

I just wish when they decide to change the appearance of stuff they should at least give the option to keep current settings. If I were to buy a phone because I like the GUI, I would hate for it to completely change after a few months beyond my control.

good lock usually will have an issue with these major updates. that's nothing new. the phone will still work.

OP's case is certainly an outlier, and the overwhelming majority of the updates have gone without a hitch. since none of us over the internet can see the OPs device, their only recourse is to do a factory reset if they can not get their device to work after the update.

ive been (and still am) running the ui beta since the first rollout on an unlocked 20 ultra 5G on tmo and have no issues (other than good lock sitting on the bench).
