Help Problem for transferring data to pen drive from computer

I am just try to copy file pc to pen drive. My pen drives memory is 16 GB that fie size is only 4.29 GB but thread showing "file data is too large".I am just try to copy file pc to pen drive. My pen drives memory is 16 GB that copyable file size is only 4.29 GB but thread showing "file data is too large".Can anyone tell me how can i solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

If your pen drive is formatted as FAT32, that can only handle file sizes less than 4GB. To solve, format the pen drive as exFAT.
