No but I'll check it out, Thanks

PS: What you think of the chrome droids? Pretty cool
the dark troopers? those were amazing. it it shows why jedi were needed. they were no match for humans, but if your a jedi....no problem....LOL and i love how Favreau has so easily showed this.

I assumed the metal was the same as the main character Mando but it obviously isn't. The light saber turned them into swiss cheese or should I say went threw them like a hot knife threw butter.

well i think the article is a waste of time.no jedi used beskar so why would vader need wear one as well? and beskar is a mandolorian thing anyways.

plus he has the force to defend himself. And the reason why he wears what he wears is because his body was fried in the lava fields on Mustafar. plus i don;t think that the Empire had gotten a hold of beskar....otherwise the stormtroopers would be wearing them as well.

i just love kevin smith's passion. i mean he almost cried talking about the last episode of the Mandalorian. but yeah they have a great take on things. when everything opens up again, i would love to go see them live at the Scum and Villany....that is if the bar can survive the pandemic.

ok so i think a lot of time has past now that i can discuss the end of season 2 of the Mandalorian. WHAT AN EPISODE!!!!!!!!!

if you have not seen the ending yet then stop reading this post and HURRY UP AND GET CAUGHT UP!!!!!

now that was an ipic season finale......its probably the best finale i have ever seen seen for a TV series. I think that Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni did some much fan tribute in this one. i mean ITS LUKE SKYWALKER!!!. what was so cool was that he was dressed all in black and looked sooooo much like his father Darth Vader......especially when he was nihilating those dark troopers kind of like Darth Vader did in Rogue One. the moment i saw the X-Wing fighter i knew it has Luke. and was obviously verified when the green lightsaber was drawn.

there were so many touching moments in the end scene. from seeing Grogu in cuffs with the Dark Saber pointing at him, and then to see Mando remove his helmet to show Grogu his face....that was some gut wrenching stuff.

not to mention R2D2......I MEAN R2D2!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so epic!!!!!!!!!!!

i think the only other time i had such strong emotion for Star Wars was when i saw Empire for the very first time and Darth Vader revealed he was Luke's father.

i'm curious has to how the show will go on from here. what direction will season 3 bring? thoughts? do you think Grogu will have his own show? or will he be incorporated back into the show at some point?

anyways i love this reaction video of folks seeing the finale for the first time:

ok i had another thought

........so the timeline for Mandalorian is that it is between Return of the Jedi and the Force Awakens.

my question is in the last trilogy of the Star Wars Saga starting with the Force Awakens, where is Grogu? what happened to him? there is no mention of him......nor do we see him at the end in Rise of Skywalker.

i wonder how that is going to work out.....i guess we shall see.

Wow... I just started Episode III (best first 20 minutes of all the movies) and, after all these years, noticed that they refer to Coruscant in the opening crawl with "capital" and not "capitol" - I'm pretty sure I'm wrong, because Lucas would hire people to make sure it's right! But as a writer & editor, it pings me as wrong! So you tell me: am I right? Or do I need to retire my Captain Literacy cape?

well according to this:
https://www.grammarly.com/blog/capi...efer to uppercase, which the US Congress meets.

a capital can be the city "that serves as the seat of a country’s or state’s government." a capitol refers to the building " in which the legislative body of government meets."

and just in case people want the crawl for reference here it is:

@ocnbrze yes, but Mirriam-Webster also lists this under "capitol":

- a group of buildings in which the functions of state government are carried out

Since Coruscant is the center of government for the galaxy; and the chancellor lives within the Senate's administrative & residence buildings, then I suppose either word is true... from a certain point of view.

I'm not trying to start a war here (like SOME chancellors I know of), but I guess I'm putting way too much thought into this...

:p

After doing the lockdown and the quarantining and ripping through a virtual endless supply of streaming material.
I found myself, at the end. Nothing left to watch. I decided to give the final installments of the Skywalker saga a go.

Solo and Rogue One were enjoyable.

As for VII,VIII and IX, did the person directing these, ever see the Originals? Were they aware that Star Wars a thing?
