All of a sudden my Samsung is announcing the names of people who are texting me. Actually it seems to be more than just text messages, even Facebook Messenger notifications are being announced with a name! I never set this up, it just started happening since earlier this week. I don't want this behaviour, for privacy reasons. How do I stop this?

Phone: Samsung A8
OS: Android 9

what do you mean by announced? like your phone is saying the names aloud? do you have accessibility turned on?
Yes exactly, saying the names aloud. I didn't have accessibility turned on that I know of, I never changed anything, where would I find the specific accessibility settings for this feature?

Update: okay I found the setting:
Settings -> Accessibility -> Screen Reader -> Settings -> Read caller ID aloud (turn on/off)

No idea why that got set on, I never even went into that setting, never even heard about it till today. Nice intuitive interface too, has two submenus called "Settings". A setting within a setting.
