The term "legally blind" signifies that some are illegally blind. How does that work?

"Legally Blind" means legally determined blind which may entitle you to certain benefits that someone without the designation is can get. If for some reason you would not be eligible for those benefits even if recognized as "legally blind" then it may not be worth the hassle to obtain that recognition.

Well back from my second vacation from Salem and Plymouth, both where really amazing, we had a ton of ice cream memories as well, just feeling a ton better after getting a great nights sleep in yesterday, my shoulders were so much in pain from sleeping in different beds, it is strangely odd though at one point or another, I did manage to get a free hotel suite, a meeting room in Ohio, the first leg over there was too much traffic but other then that was pretty much great indeed and in the mind of finding the right kind of weapons laying down, I did also made fun with a few of my friends who traveled through with us, we knew each other forever hahahaa ^_^
