I'm trying to access Wipe System Cache by Holding the Volume Up key and the Power key until the Android logo display appears, then releasing the keys.
The screen I get says
Warning A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications
I tap Volume Down and it restarts normally. How do I get to the System screen to Wipe System Cache?
Thanks Bill NJ

sounds like the buttons are getting mashed together. make sure it is only the up button you are pushing. what you are seeing is the download mode. for reference here is how to get to download mode:https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-a10e/download-mode/

here is how to get to where you want(only do not select wipe data/factory reset):
https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-a10e/

make sure you are doing the first part:
"HardReset.info: At first hold down the Power key for a few seconds and tap restart two times"

and you have to wait until the logo shows up before hitting the button combo's

The screen that you're mentioning is accessed by holding Volume Down and Power (or possibly both Volume buttons plus Power). To get to Recovery mode to do the cache wipe, you need to hold Volume Up and Power - and only those two. So make sure that you're not accidentally also pressing Volume Down
