Galaxy Note20 Ultra5G 2 issues

My screen on my Note20 Ultra 5G recently went black, and nothing could be done to save it. Unfortunately it was only 13 months old, 1 month out of warranty. Thankfully, I had insurance on the phone and was sent another one. A couple of questions here. First, does anyone know how to retrieve the information from the old phone to put on the new phone since I can't see the screen any longer? Normally I use smart switch to do this, but that requires visibility of both devices. Second, on the email app, I have to manually click show images each time on every email. I have gone to the settings in the email app, but there is no where to have images automatically show. Where might this be? Thanks for your input.

I'm certain you can't, not unless the screen is on, working, and the phone is unlocked. The feds might be able to using techniques like chip-off data recovery, to try and recover evidence data from phones that have been trashed, and there are outfits that specialises in that, e.g. Drive Savers.

Which email app? On my Note20 Ultra 5G I have Gmail, Outlook, and QQ Mail.

Don't recognise that one. But different variants and regions may have different apps(bloat) pre-installed.

This is the email apps on my Note20 Ultra. It came with Outlook pre-installed, because Microsoft has a partnership with Samsung.
