(To assist in being more informative, I have included the imgur link to a screenshot of a random sampling of Simple Mobile "broadband LTE speeds"
I've been taking from July to September of this year, you'll note the adverage "Broadband" speed is around 200 KILOBYTES)

FOR cripes freaking sakes,
I've paid thousands of dollars over the last couple years for freaking LTE speeds and yet I still can't even freaking update a God damn post or comment to Facebook or get my apps to connect correctly or do hardly anything on this freaking piece of crap of a freaking Network!!!!!!!

SIMPLE MOBILE IS A FREAKING SCAM, YOU PAY FOR LTE SPEEDS AND YOU GET THREE MEGABYTES PER SECOND OR 128 KB PER SECOND.

I KEEP RUNNING DIAGNOSTICS ON MY CELLULAR SPEEDS AND THEY'RE IN THE F*CKING TOILET!!!!!!?

I NEVER GET GOOD SPEEDS ON THIS FREAKING PIECE OF CRAP OF A FREAKING NETWORK AND I'M SO FREAKING SICK OF IT.

YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF FREAKING LIARS YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO PROVIDE A SERVICE YOU TAKE THE MONEY, AND YOU DON'T PROVIDE THE FREAKING SERVICE YOU FREAKING ASS HATS
I AM SO DONE WITH YOUR PIECE OF CRAP FREAKING SERVICE

Well, in all honesty, they may not be the problem.

They have no towers of their own, so they rent from providers that do own towers.

This is common practice for discount providers.

What IS criminal, however, is the absolutrly horrible, basically nonexistant, utterly useless 'service' provided by T-Mobile.

Simple has no control over that, as they only rent space on towers.
Simple may not even be aware of any issue, because it probably works fine in urban areas.

T-Mobile recently accuired Sprint, and that is how my (very) sorry ass was forced to switch to T-Mobile.
Immediately there were problems.

I had no working device for three months, and when it was finally sorted- sort of- I still have no service at home anyway.

I went from having 4-5 bars of service in the basement with Sprint to having one bar or none at all when outside.
As for the internet connection?
I see a new value in carrier pigeons.

Well, if you're not happy about Simple Mobile, and they're driving you into a tizzy. Maybe look into changing your carrier?
...yes....i am... had a contract through a phone I bought, had to stay, now that's over,
and as i let the door slam them in the face on my way out,
im just taking a few minutes to post a public warning for those who might consider using Simple Mobile.
... Public Service Announcement, that type of thing, you know?

Your screenshot also shows fast speed tests of 51Mbps, 25Mbps (up), and 14Mbps.

Three possibilities:
You are sometimes in an area with poor reception, which means slower speeds.
You're on an overloaded tower, leading to slower speeds.
You went over your monthly data limit and are throttled to 2G speeds.

If you're not over your data limit and often have slow speeds, only look at carriers that use AT&T or Verizon depending on which is best for your city. :thumbsupdroid:
