Factory Reset Stuck At Spinning Logo

Hello,

My daughter's LG L455DL was freezing. Who knows what she installed on it, but it was barely enough time to get into settings and tell it to do a factory reset before it would freeze again (estimating by how quickly it would freeze after a forced restart).

Time goes by, it's stuck at the black loading screen with the multi-colored spinning loading screen. It will not leave this screen for anything. It's been a few days lol, it will run out the whole battery.

I tried volume down + power to restart it.. it shows the LG logo screen, then right back into the spinner again.

I tried to get into recovery mode... volume down + power.. it restarts and keep holding until the LG screen. Then I tried to let go and press the power button.. or the volume down.. or both.. nothing. It refuses to go into recovery mode.

USB debugging was off on the phone.

Can someone please help me get her phone running again? Thank you.

As luck would have it, I just rebooted my cell the other day due with my hearing aid glitch, turn off your daughter's cell first, then from that hold down the volume button, tap volume up, you should see the android with the blue indicator with different options, head over to bootlander reset, hit the volume button to okay with that, with that in mind, let it head over to the same menu, highlight factory reset, tap the volume up and you will see the android the with red triangle with that in mind. hit the volume up button and you will see the options, to head over to the flash reset. Flash it for a second and it should be alright with it.

Thank you for the reply. The phone won't shut off unless the power depletes. Then it turns on automatically when it has enough charge. I have it teetering on the edge of dying. It dies, I plug it in and try button combos. They don't work, I unplug it and it dies after a minute.

I tried holding volume down, pressing volume up. It doesn't do anything. Neither does the standard volume down + power, then depress/re-press power to enter recovery mode.

It turns on, you see the pinkish colored LG screen, then it goes to a black screen with a multi-colored spinning ring in the middle. It's just refusing to listen to any button combos to enter recovery mode.
