Cannot Uninstalll Kaspersky

I tried to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security but got a notification "Uninstalling Kaspersky Internet Security unsuccessful. Can't uninstall; active device admin app" I go to settings-security-advanced-Device admin apps and turned off Kaspersky. Tried to uninstall again and get same message and checked and found that Kaspersky is ON again in Device admin apps. Anyone know a workaround to uninstall it?

If that Kaspersky app is a system-level app that came preinstalled with your phone, you won't be able to actually 'Uninstall' it. In that case it's a part of the Android install itself that the manufacturer or carrier added. At best, you might be able to 'Disable' it. That should at least stop it from running in the background.
Bu just to confirm, when you go into your Settings >> Apps info menu, and open up the Kaspersky app entry, is there a 'Uninstall' button or a 'Disable' button showing?
Try using the 'Force stop' button, then 'Clear Storage', and then 'Disable'. Using Clear Storage wipes all the app's config and setup files, perhaps it was preset to restore itself when the phone reboots in the app's Settings menu.
