Hi,
long story short my other half updated her one plus 8 pro to android 12, after updating the bugs and battery issues were too much so she wanted to roll back upon rolling back to 11 the phone wants it previous pin the problem is she doesn't remember the pin ( I thought great I will just use the google sign in to get in) every time she try's to sign in her google account it says something went wrong please try again later. Could anyone help?

Hold the power button down, you will see the shut off, press that and hold it until saftey mode works, or......

Maybe a WiFi issue? Which is why it can't sign in? Maybe try rebooting the router.

Already tried mobile data my own router and in my mum's house same thing at this point I have just ordered her a new phone as she needs one for work so thanks one plus for your untested rubbish last phone we will ever buy from them.
