How does 30 day return work?

I love my incredible, but I'm curious. If you bought it on the release day, when is the last day to return it? I assume they count the 29th. So would the last day to return it be tomorrow?

Also, does your old carrier take you back without issue if you're within that 30 days?

You can take your phone back within 30 days if the phone is still in working condition. You will be charged a $35 restocking fee, and you can reactivate an old phone, or get a new one at sale pricing, if you are eligible.

actually, it's 30 days from the date of delivery. you had possession of the phone for 30 days, not VZW fault if you didn't activate it.

My main question was when the 30 days were up for someone who bought it the day it was released. I know that sounds ******ed but I wasn't sure if they count the day you buy it. Assuming they count the 29th of april, should be may 28th.

delivery date if it was shipped... purchase date if it was bought in store.

april having 30 days, your last day is may 29th if you received/purchased it on release day.

edit: to clarify, it's 30 calendar days.

you get 30 CALENDAR days. Taking into account that if he bought it on release day... it released on April 29. 30 CALENDAR days is May 29.

Just remember if you exchange your Incredible for something else, you won't be able to return the new phone you get. VZW is pretty strict on that it seems.
