Oh jeez.. I have a lot of custom ringtones for individuals, but my default is the beginning of the song:

As for my notfication, texts messages etc... I use achmed the dead terrorist: "silence, I kill you"
For emails I use facebook pop.
For gtalk/nimbuzz I use the aim imrcv sound.
