Hmm...I'm having trouble with this. I'm trying to apply the update.zip, and it keeps saying that the signature verification failed.

Any ideas?
How are you trying to apply it? Are you trying to install it through recovery? And more importantly, did you flash one of the SDX recovery files first?

Oh, and...
@CriticalCritic - looking sharp!
Thanks! :) I like going dark with the backgrounds (I think the pure blacks make the most of the AMOLED screen). Though I would like to change my notification bar to one of those gray/black transitions like most of the others are using (rather thn the pure black that I currently have).

Man - props to the ppl who have posted their screens -- very nice stuff!
I finally figured out how to take caps, so here's mine. aHome is the only home replacement app I could find where I can easily remove the labels and change the icons at ease (have used openhome, bettercut, panda, etc)-- if anyone has any recommendations. I love the solid blacks on our moment, cuz they look so rich.

the old man figured it out

install the jre sdk....
install the android sdk.....
install the moment drivfers if needed..........

browse to the folder android-sdk-windows / tools
then double click on ddms.bat
( i was unable to do it via cmd prompt ) ( no reasom why )
the ddms window comes up, i was feeling great, but the screen capture was greyed out
took me a minute or two....
in the list top left called "Name"
there is the micro picture of a phone and M900*****
i believe all the other numbers after M900 are serial numbers
a whole lotta interesting things appear on the bottom of the screen about your phone.....
and whatt'ya know the screen capture button works now
WOW !
Where did you get the moment drivers from?
