I would ask the guys in the forums about V.EA28. That is a Verizon thing i know nothing about. I am Rooted EB01.
You may not need to do so many of those steps with the Baseband you have now. Im just not sure what that is or how current. Looks new! BUt even if it comes down to not needing what you grabbed from me, It doesnt mean you will not need it later for something, so hold on to it
