Hey you placed a reply back on my ? about the lag on the charge can you give me step by step on how to trash the TW and install the Go Launcher I'm kinda not all that shabby with the work around on these phones I love this phone but dam that lag has got to go, and they need to fix the GPS issue I get.. anyways your step by step would be grateful -
