Thanks again for posting the crc image. I just exchanged my phone for a 3rd time and it was a sprint one with the same crc's again but it had no software glitches so my original issues definitely were server side. It has major hardware defects so I'll be getting a 4th tomorrow, crossing my fingers for a working phone. My first phone I should have kept as it definitely was something on their end acting up and the only one without hardware problems.
