I read your two forum messages on here about you were able to get most of your data from your phone despite the phone screen cracked and inoperable. Mine phone screen cracked yesterday and screen is all blank. I can see the buttons and menu keys working fine. I can receive calls but I can't do anything much as the screen doesn't work. All my apps and contacts are in google cloud so I am not worried. The only thing I need is my pictures and videos. You said you were able to get the backup without rooting.
Can you please help me how did you do it? Any step by step instructions would really help.
