    Hey there. Thanks for the offer to replace my Surface case for my HTC Evo 4G LTE. I was able to "unstick" the case's camera button cover by cutting away some of the plastic that attaches the button cover to the case and my case now works perfectly. Thanks again for the excellent customer support.

    Glad the case has protected your phone! The decision is just based on availability and demand. If you wanted to purchase another one (or recommend it to a friend), you may be able to find one from our re-sellers that still have the case in stock.

    Hey Seidio! Still rocking the Sapphire Blue ACTIVE on my Fascinate I bought back in early November- it's awesome!! I dropped it down wooden stairs a couple times, no problem!! However, I was just looking at your site and noticed that the Sapphire Blue ACTIVE for Fascinate was discontinued! Why? Not that I need another one, just curious!

    Just bought your Active case for the Samsung Fascinate. Feels and looks amazing!! Even feels more secure than the Otterbox Defender. I got the Sapphire Blue version :)

    I ordered 2 Seidio Innocase "Surface" cases for myself and my wife. Came in today and I dont think I am going to use them. What would you recommend? We want something with a little more shock absorption, but still a good form factor and easy to get to all controls.

    Hello! Is the 2 piece sliding case that ya'll manufacturer for Best Buy the same one a couple of the guys on the board posted reviews for today? The one with felt on the inside of the two pieces.

    Hey mate,
    I hope you don't mind me asking a few question regarding the Multi-function battery charger as well as the extended battery for the Evo 4G that I have pre ordered through seidio online store. So where it goes:

    1. How long do I need to charge the battery in the multi-function battery charger? It says on your site, that it is recommended to charge the battery an extra two hours after the light stays green.

    2. Can I leave it charging overnight without damaging the battery?

    3. Unrelated to purchase: Will you be coming out with a really extended battery? Something like 2500-3000+ mAh? I hope you will, I would rather have that option than carrying a charger everywhere I go.

    Anyways, as other products come out, I would bet I'll be a return customer... Cheers!
