the problem fixed itself, it had something to do w just needing to reconnect after the 4.3 update.. thanks so much for replying!!

that ## number you posted in regards to data, i tried and it said ;connection problem or invalid mm code'. ???? i have att for my s3 svc and also use att uverse for home internet. i rarely leave my house so i am always connected to home wifi, but have been having data usage issues since 4.4 update. any advice?
