Hey Abraham, I saw your post on Trident's wall. I can actually give you some advice regarding your questions.
About the Flash, they haven't officially released it for the Moto Droid yet, however, there is a beta floating around the internet which works just fine. Here's where I downloaded it from... Download: Flash 10.1 Beta 3 for Motorola Droid | Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog
I don't know how this will effect an installation of the non-beta, but assuming you already upgraded to 2.2, it shouldn't be a problem.
Also, if you have the motorola droid and you're using Verizon, there will *not* be a hotspot mode, it's a Verizon restriction. They want you to pay more for them to unlock it for you, once 2.2 is officially rooted there may be an option for it, but at the moment you cannot officially use it as a hotspot.
