the things that need to be unlocked is only a padfone itself...other devices no need...only an extension to padfone...:D
maybe the port have problem?try send warranty...:D

i read somewhere the cause of delay is qualcomn (forgot how to spell it) shortage of the chip...this is the cause of the delay...too many device...
