reset your phone...uncheck use packet data...should help...cause there's nthin else that would use up your balance.

Galaxy Mini has two drawbacks...low internal memory, and a smaller processor.
I doubt you can backup without rooting. root your phone, it makes no difference as such.. and its a real easy process i tell you.
sorry, but if you would have tried using the previous versions of rom manager, you would have found cwm for micromax a70 and not for galaxy mini! :P
