    can't connect to pc?

    Hi all, not a big poster but in need of some help.. I've had no really problem and i had the phone since it was brought out..on TMobile in the uk. A couple of months a go i connected the phone to my pc to up load some pics and the windows message came up saying "USB Device Not Recognized"...
