    Help Aljazeera app crashes upon starting, even if I reinstall app, how do I "clear" cache for that app?

    I uninstalled and installed the app again, it still crashes. The splash screen loads but then it crashes. I'm suspecting the app is fetching some kind of cache data on my phone, which I need to delete/reset. How do I do that? Where can the specific info be? Thanks in advance!

    Help Phone vibrates/note. sound but when I turn on the screen there's no notification

    Happened thrice past 2 hours or so. The screen is off. Suddenly the phone vibrates and makes the default notification sound (Cloud) but when I turn on the screen there's no kind of message indicating why the phone decided to pling just then. Any clue what's up with that?

    Safe to put ice pack on android while charging/playing games?

    Hi. My phone gets really hot and slow when I charge it. 47/52 celcius is not uncommon to see. So I tried to put a makeshift ice pack on it. It went down to 28 Celsius! And battery voltage showed 4.2 volts compared to normal 3.2 volts. So I'm wondering if this is safe for my phone?

    Help Permanently stuck on splash screen when starting phone :(

    I was playing on a game app, when I closed it the screen went black and phone shut itself off. I turned it on.
