    Will any bluetooth keyboard work?

    Does the Bluetooth keyboard have to be compatible with Android devices, or can let's say a Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard work with an Android device? I'm asking this because my friend can use a Bluetooth keyboard that says it's ONLY compatible with the "new iPad" but it works with his nexus 7.
