    Root HTC DESIRE 626s deleted download manager now can't use google play

    I goofed and deleted a system app I didn't think I needed. I think it's called DownloadProvider, now I can't download for the most part. My one is the metro PcS HTC desire 626s I looked for a rom to flash but HTC doesn't have the latest one online. Is there anything can do?
