    Help Brand new to Tabs and Android

    I am brand new to the world of tablets, and the Android OS, so be kind! I just picked up a Galaxy Tab 10.1. It came with the Honeycomb version. Can I and if I can, should I upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich? Also, can a stylus pen be used with it? I have fat fingers!
