    widget does not show up on Droid menu

    I just got a Motorola Droid and I installed the battery widget but it does not appear in the list of applications on the home page, it does show up under manage applications in the settings menu. I also followed the instruction to tap menu and tap ADD but the ADD is dimmed? Thanks for any help
