    Help Email does't notify of new messages

    Not sure if this is an Android issue or Pantech Burst issue. I upgraded to the 4.0.4 and my email does not notify me when new mail comes. I have to hit the email icon and then it loads. Or if my phone has been off and when i turn it on it will notify me. I have it set to check every 15 minutes...
