    Unable to remove unknown taskbar

    Hi, My 2yr old daughter played around with my phone (Samsung Note II) and when I got it back I had this taskbar (se attached pictures) which Im unable to remove. Its not possible to remove it like a widget and I cant see any programs except the samsung/android ones. Ive looked so many hours...
