For some reason videos on SnapChat won't load for me (like when I recieve a video), it says 'sorry, this video cannot be played'.
Phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace, running Android 2.3.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace. On SnapChat, I can send videos to others fine, but for some reason cannot recieve them (an error message that says 'sorry, this video cannot be viewed' comes up).
