    Copying SD card when using APPS to SD

    I'm running Fresh ROM 2.4.0 with my SD card formatted/partitioned to use the APPS to SD feature. I have a new SD card I'd like to upgrade to. My question is how do I move everything over to the new SD card. The main part of the SD card(pictures, music, etc) is as easy as copy/paste, but the APPs...
